Fasteners are used in the construction industry to join two or more objects together in a non-permanent way. They are often a necessity to help secure and anchor geosynthetic solutions used in erosion control and site stabilization.
Fasteners can be used in many ways within the construction industry. In erosion control, they can be used to hold rolled products against the soil, so that vegetation can grow properly, or to anchor a system to a critical slope. In site stabilization, they can be used to mechanically connect panels of a load support system together, or aid in the installation of geogrids or geotextiles before they are covered with rock.
