Stormwater Permitting Services

Stormwater Permitting Services is our process of performing stormwater sampling and reporting to comply with local and national standards and obtain the necessary permits to move forward with operations. This is typically a requirement from the state on any construction site over an acre. You have to submit Notice of Intent (NOIs) for your stormwater permit. It’s an application to TCEQ to be approved to issue a construction stormwater permit. Construction can not start until that permit is secured.

The primary benefit of performing stormwater permitting is approval to move forward with operations. When we provide the SWPPP, the permitting services are included in our package.
