FORTA-FI® also offers cost savings by extending asphalt life or reducing asphalt thickness. FORTA is known for reducing cracking and rutting around the world with its original asphalt pavement reinforcement fiber, FORTA-FI. Surface-EXT is an alkali and acid resistant glass fiber specifically designed to extend the life of slurry seal and micro surfacing applications.
