Metal Stakes/T-posts

What are Metal Stakes/T-posts?

T-posts are metal-based rods to be driven into the ground and fixed to sediment control fencing. This can be accomplished through zip ties, tie wire, or other fasteners. T-posts are typically driven into the ground via a manual or gas powered stake driver, and are evenly spaced per the project’s specifications to maximize support for the perimeter fencing.

What are the benefits of Metal Stakes/T-posts?

T-posts, unlike their wooden stake counterpart, typically outlast the construction phase of a jobsite. If properly managed, they can be removed and reused on the next project. T-posts are available in multiple weights to combat all soil varieties, allowing for a smooth installation when driving the metal stakes into the ground.
